The SINCRO PLUS B - BL - B FT electronic yarn guided precision crossing machines have been designed for winding speeds as high as 1.750 m/min (mechanical speed up to 2.250 m/min). With the SINCRO PLUS B - BL - B FT electronic yarn guided, precision crossing assembly winding machines it is possible to attain the main object of this production process, that is to obtain bobbins with the highest possible density and the lowest number of breaks, so as to increase the efficiency during the subsequent twisting phase.
- The precision crossing technology with positively driven bobbin allows to produce packages with a perfect and controlled yarn laying without any patterning problem. This technology, combined with the pneumatic control of the take-up arm that can be adjusted either for increasing or decreasing the pressure of the bobbin on the take-up arm, ensures an excellent unwinding and allows to obtain bobbins for twisting with a compactness, density and weight up to 25% higher than with normal assembly winding machines (for ex. with grooved drum assembly drivers). These characteristics ensure a substantial increase of quality and an excellent performance during the twisting process.
- This positively driven bobbin technology allows to produce perfect bobbins without having to exercise a high pressure of the bobbin on the support roller. This has the double advantage of producing bobbins with any desired compactedness and density, but most of all to avoid the yarn abrasion problem (pilling/hairiness) on the support roller, and thus to be able to process all types of extra fine yarns.
- Moreover, the various yarn paths and angles have been carefully studied so as to ensure an optimal processing of any type of yarn, avoiding any useless rubbing, a feature especially important when processing extra fine yarns.
- The SINCRO PLUS B - BL - B FT machines are equipped with special “Tens Control™” on-line tension device to check the tension of the feed plies and with special electronic high sensitive sensors to stop the winding spindle in any case of break or lack of yarn. This technical solution allows to assemble different types of yarn, without differences of tension between them, which could produce “slots” during the subsequent twisting process and thus defects in the twisted bobbins. Whenever a single ply breaks, a special “electromagnetic” cutter intervenes on all plies, cutting them all at the same time to avoid that plies with different lengths enter the final bobbin.
