• The SINCRO PLUS hank to cone winding machines with electronic yarn guide with precision crossing angle and positively driven bobbin are equipped with a sturdy hank holding swift which can support hanks up to 2,5 kg and with an unwinding speed of up to 800 m/min. The swift opens automatically and its circumference may be adjusted according to the type of hank, from 40” (1.020 mm) to 90” (2.300 mm). A special electromagnetic brake placed inside the swift allows stopping the swift itself in case of yarn breakage and at the end of the hank unwinding. Furthermore, an electronically controlled deceleration ramp allows stopping the spindle without causing yarn breakage.
  
  
• The crossing angle with positively driven bobbin technology, allows to obtain bobbins with a perfect and controlled yarn laying, without any patterning, both a guarantee for an excellent bobbin unwinding at a constant tension, thus allowing for a considerable quality and performance improvement during subsequent production phases. Thanks to the positively driven bobbin technology it is possible to produce perfect packages without the bobbin having to exercise a high pressure on the support roller, thus having the double advantage of producing bobbins with any desired softness and density, but most of all to be able to perfectly process all types of “extra fine” yarns since there is no yarn abrasion problem (pilling/hairiness) on the support roller.
