The soft winding machines and rewinding machines of Fadis’s SINCRO PREMIUM and SINCRO T PREMIUM range are meant to process all types of yarns, staple fibre and continuous filament yarn. Designed for winding speeds as high as 2.250 m/min (1.750 m/min for SINCRO T PREMIUM) they undoubtedly are the technologically most evolved and efficient machines available on the market today.

Soft winding and rewinding are two fundamental phases of the entire production cycle, where producing perfect packages is very important to guarantee the best quality during the subsequent working processes. Thanks to the precision crossing with electronic yarn guide and to the positively driven bobbin technology thus the “real precision winding concept”.
Fadis perfectly responds to this requirement. 

SOFT WINDING:
with the SINCRO FT/FC - PREMIUM and SINCRO T FT/FC - PREMIUM machines it is possible to obtain “soft” packages ready for dyeing with a controlled density and with such yarn laying precision as to guarantee the best possible dip penetration during the dyeing phase, a perfect uniformity between the inner and outer part of the soft package, but most of all a perfectly uniform density from one bobbin to the other.
Such results can only be achieved with our SINCRO FT/FC - PREMIUM and SINCRO T FT/FC - PREMIUM machines because Fadis has chosen to use the most advanced technologies available on today’s market, that can be summarized as follows:

REWINDING:
with the SINCRO RT/RC - PREMIUM and SINCRO T RT/RC - PREMIUM machines it is possible to produce perfectly homogenous bobbins which, in the following weaving, knitwear, hosiery knitting and other similar processes, guarantee perfect yarn unwinding without tears and with a uniform tension.

Nowadays, weaving and knitting machines work at increasingly higher speeds, consequently requiring feed bobbins that guarantee a perfect unwinding in order to avoid continual yarn breakages and defects on the final fabrics.
This is only possible with the electronic yarn guided precision crossing technology that allows a homogeneous yarn laying without any patterning and to our Tens Control™ tension device with electronic on-line tension control where is possible to obtain packages all with the same hardness, thus avoiding the problem of color faults due to different yarn tensions.

Using the bobbins produced on our SINCRO RT/RC - PREMIUM and SINCRO T RT/RC - PREMIUM machines it is possible to obtain such results, drastically reducing the number of breakages on weaving and knitting machines.
